Happy New Year from the creek!  There is about 2 feet of snow on the ground at Club Palisades and much more in Mammoth.  There is a better start to the snowpack for 2016 than in previous years so things are looking better for the snowpack.

how much snow would you find in a 'normal' year there?

and in a reallly heavy snowfall year?

In a normal year 2-4 feet...in a good year it is up to my roof.  Mammoth always gets more than Rock Creek and they have a lot of snow going on.  It just needs to keep coming thru the spring to get us through.
