it is official Kokanee are in RCL
« on: June 10, 2012, 09:49:50 PM »
Ok after researching photos of juvenile
kokanee on the internet I am 100% positive
they have taken up residence in the lake.
keep in mind I am a serious angler with over
45 years of experience and am sort of an
expert in terms of both fresh and saltwater
Fish identification. I would guess the fish
arrived naturally via waterfowl and probably
came from Twin Lakes. It is only a matter of
time before the creek is full of little red salmon.

There you have it, and there you go. Nobody seems to mind them in the Twin Lakes. Do they usually take over and ruin fisheries like Brookies can do?
