Isn't that Mike "Rockstar" that's with you?  I know that lake.  Was it crowded there?  What flies were you using?  Ah, I know, if you tell me you'd have to kill me.  Great, and I mean GREAT looking fish, Jon.  Good times!  C & R all, yes?

Thanks for the post and pics.

No guitars but 2 inflatable kayaks and a ton of ice.

Not to mention cold beverages, steaks, and lounge chairs. I've got to take me one of them pony trips. The closest I get is dehydrated hamburger for my burrito and some lemonaid mix added to a little snow if I'm lucky enough to find some snow.

When you want to go for the cutts and brookies let me know and I can tie some flys that work well for yo.

Jon, sorry about not showing today, I had high hopes on the crappie. It will probably be late in the season if I even get a chance to go for the cutties.

Being from Palmdale, I believe that it would be Lake Elizabeth. Am I right?

Yes LE is lake Elizabeth. A few years ago it made for a great local place to fish. It hasn't been worth a darn the last few though.
