Mammoth Mountain Ski Area with a total snowfall forecast of 420 inches!  Hope the forecast is right. :twothumbs:

Terry, thanks for the info, a little over a week ago The Register here in the O.C did an article about projected rain fall for the up coming winter, in line with yours. Looks like we will go above normal and have a good level of snow for the pack in the  higher levels of the Sierras, plenty of snow for the local resorts, and a little increase in the lower level lakes that need it badly. It's interesting that the ocean water here in the O.C. is still 68-70%. Looks like a interesting winter! Time to button down, enjoy the Holidays and get ready for next season.

Hoping they get slammed with the white stuff in the next 24 hours.

Can't have too much this year.
Life without music, laughter, and an Eastern Slope BBQ would be a mistake.
