I know this past season the fish were the smallest I have seen in many years...It seems most of the fish in Rock Creek were in the 6 inch range.. People using bait are surely going to kill most of those small fish they catch....I have a feeling 2015 will probably be just as bad as this year if not worse...

The ratio of small fish was definitely a lot higher this year and it doesn't sound good for next year. When DFG became DFW it was more than just a name change, its a change in focus that's been in the works for some time now and its certainly not in the recreational users favor. Hopefully the local fish enhancement programs will continue, but with the growing costs these programs are probably going to need more public support to survive. We need a fisherman to run for Governor !!
