The angler needs two witnesses to a catch to qualify for a record, and he only had one.  Oh...technicality...schmecnicality!! I say he got the record anyway!  Good on him for releasing him... That should be a world record in itself.  Thatís a Sportsman! :fishing3:

That is one FAT rainbow !!
The adipose fin was intact and not clipped so it had to be released anyway, plus I think were it was caught is C&R. He did the right thing and should be rewarded for that, give him the record.
