I'm one of the few that has zero interest in football, matter of fact I have never watched a Super Bowl game, could care less about the sport..... I'll be watching golf instead, the sport of well dressed educated gentleman..

I don't like both teams but it should be a good game. I guess I should root for Seattle being the West Coast team, but some of the players on that team make it very difficult. May your initials be on the right square! Enjoy the game.

I liked Pete Carroll at SC. They said he'd never make at Seattle... right. Normally I'd root for the AFC because of the Chargers but this year I don't much care. I saw previews of a couple good commercials though.

Oh! I hear that's for residents only. I also heard they put some great fish in that lake. I see it when I come over the hill on hwy 14. Nice trout! Good way to spend Super Bowl.

Fin and Feather is a membership club. It's not just for residents, anyone can join. Initial membership and yearly dues are on a scale depending on where you live. People living in the Palmdale water district pay the least. I'm in Lancaster so it costs a little more. It's a pretty good deal if you take advantage of everything. They stock trout in the spring and catfish in the summer. Fishing is February through Sept - Oct. And duck hunting during the regular season. There is also a trap range year round along with boat and RV storage.

If you have a Facebook account check it out. Lots of pictures of nice fish from this week. The largest I heard of was 12lbs and they are all what they promote as Nebraska Tail Walkers. Check out the tails, no triploids (at least this year).

Gary

Those are some nice trout you guys caught and you both have those successful fisherman smiles on your face.  :lol2:

I also went fishing Superbowl morning for striper up at lake silverwood and though I wasn't successful in catching, the unbelievable weather and being out fishing put a smile on my face too.

Made it home in time to watch the game and though I`m not really a fan of either team, have to say it was a pretty exciting one.
gone fishn, hope to be catchn soon !
