Mosquito Flat Trailhead

Mosquito Flat is located at the end of
Rock Creek Road at an elevation of 10,300 feet. This shot was
taken from the parking lot. Straight ahead is the trail to
Little Lakes Valley and Mono Pass, while across the bridge sits the
trailhead campground and a trail to the seldom-traveled Eastern Brook
Lakes, which ironically have no fish in them but are beautiful and easy
as a short day hike. |
